5 min Easy 4 Mason Jars

• 100 g of coffee, coarsely ground

  4. Take three tall glasses and fill them with ice, then pour the infused drink into the glasses.

  5. On top of the finished ice, the cocktail spread a little ice cream. The latter procedure will help add sweetness to your drink because our recipe did not contain any added sugar.

Classic iced coffee recipe

The coffee recipe is simple and has several variations.

Based on natural coffee:

  • 70-80 ml of chilled espresso mixed with the same volume of milk;

  • Next, we place the mixture in a blender with the addition of a couple of ice cubes. You can make it with the same espresso. Plus 2-3 tablespoons of ice cream (to taste);

  • You should whip the mass until smooth and thick foam appears.

Based on instant coffee:

  • Pour 1.5-2 teaspoons of instant coffee into a blender. Along with the addition of 2-3 tablespoons of cold water and sugar to taste;

  • It needs to whip the mixture until a smooth foam mass forming;

  • In the end, add the required amount of milk and ice cream.

Coffee Smoothie

  • 250 ml of freshly brewed and chilled espresso coffee

  • small banana,

  • 250 ml plain low-fat yogurt

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tbsp natural unsweetened cocoa powder

  • Puree the banana, add the yogurt, and whisk. Add the freshly brewed cappuccino and whisk again. Add cocoa and cinnamon to taste.

Milk with coffee ice

  • 5 tsp instant espresso

  • 5 tsp sugar

  • a pinch of vanilla,

  • 250 ml of boiling water

  • 250 ml of milk


  1. Pour the sugar and coffee with boiling water, mix well. 

  2. Allow to cool slightly, add vanilla and pour into ice molds.

Cold Lavender Raf coffee

  • 100 ml cream with 11% fat content

  • 1.5 tsp ground coffee

  • 100 ml of water

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 0.5 tsp dried lavender flowers

  1. Pour cold water over the coffee, bring to a boil, and remove from the heat. 

  2. Combine the sugar and lavender in a coffee grinder. 

  3. Pour this mixture into the coffee and stir. 

  4. Pour the cream into the coffee. 

  5. Bring to a boil. 

  6. Beat with a mixer until fluffy. 

  7. Add crushed ice. 

  8. You can decorate with a dried sprig of lavender.

Coffee Milkshake 


  • 1 cup iced coffee

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 2 cups coffee ice cream

  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream

  • 1-2 donuts

  • Four ice cubes

  • cinnamon, sugar-optional


Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. 

Before serving, slightly moisten the edges of the glasses with water. 

Wait to sprinkle them with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.

Jamaican Iced Java-Brew

  • 30 g dark rum

  • 30 g of espresso liqueur

Oleng (Thai Iced Espresso)


  • 4 cups brewed strong cappuccino

  • 2 cups cream

  • 3/4 cup condensed milk

  • 3 tbsp sugar

  • 2 tsp ground cardamom,

  • 1/4 teaspoon finely ground almonds

  • crushed or ice cubes


  1. Put the pan on medium heat, pour the cream into it. 

  2. Add sugar and cardamom. 

  3. We wait until the cream just starts to boil and immediately turn off the fire. 

  4. Let stand for 15 minutes under the lid. 

  5. Then add the ground almonds. 

  6. Before serving, fill 4 cups with ice, add equally flavored cream. 

  7. From above, carefully pour the espresso into glasses.

Iced Orange Coffee

  • fresh juice of 2 oranges

  • zest (pieces) of 2 squeezed oranges

  • 1 cup of water

  • 1 cup (or slightly less) sugar

  • 4 cups iced coffee (6 teaspoons instant coffee to 4 cups water)


  1. Put the orange peel pieces in a saucepan with water and sugar. 

  2. Boil everything for 5 minutes. 

  3. Remove the zest pieces and cool the syrup. 

  4. Then mix the orange juice with coffee and the resulting syrup. 

  5. We pour orange coffee into tall glasses and put crushed ice on top. 

  6. Decorate everything with a slice of orange.

Yin-yang-iced coffee and tea

  • Three varieties of black tea (1/2 tsp each)

  • One can of concentrated milk

First, we make tea. Take a small saucepan with 1/2 liter of water. We throw three varieties of tea and let it boil for 5 minutes. In parallel, we brew weak coffee.
